Latvian EU Ambassador to vist Edmonton

Ambassador Pēteris Uštubs from Latvia was appointed EU Ambassador to Canada last fall for a 4-year term.  He will be in Edmonton this week to give a talk at the University of Alberta on Thursday, March 22, at Telus 134.

The proposed title of the talk will be ‘Migration, peace and security–EU response to global challenges’.

The talk will start at 2 pm and will be followed by a question and answer session. The talk will end at 3:20.   There is no charge for this event.
